A Grand Rounde tribal member, Kathleen is Director of the Spirit Mountain Community Fund, the philanthropic arm of the Grand Ronde Tribe. Much of her work, whether for tribal governments or through a consulting business, has been dedicated to restoring healthy Oregon rivers.
