As CPAH’s founding Executive Director, Sheila has 25 years experience with affordable housing, ranging from direct service programs, like Multnomah County’s Project Self-Sufficiency, to broader policy work with national associations. At CPAH, she has supervised the development of its sustainable service-enriched portfolio, working effectively with public and private partners at the local, state and national levels to develop award-winning projects and programs.
